岗位职责
1. Promoting and campaigning for BT audio solutions/products in non-mobile key acconts;
2. Build strong relationship with customers (including OEMs, ODMs and IDHs) for both long term and short term business;
3. Attaining sales objectives, revenue growth and design wins;
4. Taking care of every aspect of everything related to the promotion of products;
5. Ownership of specific key accounts and deeply understand customer needs & product requirements;
6. Closely work with engineering team and other internal functional teams to define sales strategy at account level and product & platform level.
岗位要求
1. Min. of Bachelor degree and 5+ years of sales & marketing experience;
2. Self-motivation;
3. Deeply understanding business model and strong business sense;
4. Good knowledge and/or background of the BT audio industry ecosystem;
5. Proven track record for strategy development and execution of sales and/or marketing programs, including operational aspects such as project management, business indicators, research and reporting;
6. Go-to-market planning and problem-solving experience;
7. Able to gain alignment from peers & senior stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
8. Thorough team player and motivated to work in challenging, fast-paced and result driven environment;
9. Good interpersonal & communication skills;
10. Good English skill is better.
